Holistic Healing Connection is a space of pause, allowing you to stop chasing life and to come back home to yourself so that you can consciously connect to your healing and wellbeing.
It is a centre for inner awakenings, finding silence and calm, self-reflection, nurturing and to explore teachings of ancient wisdom for the modern-day life through Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, Reiki and intuitive healing.
Our programmes include all levels of Reiki workshops, Eastern and Western meditation studies, specialised programmes for women, prenatal and postpartum pregnancy wellness and workshops for children.
All our programmes have been carefully chosen and mindfully designed around how we can best support you to heal. We understand the importance of being aligned to our client’s wellness and healing requirements therefore, all our sessions, be it online or in person, has a deep connect, heartful support, comfort and presence.
Founder & Philosophy
As I embarked on my journey of healing, I began exploring and expanding deeper into the consciousness of the mind, body, and soul connect. Through my heart-centred approach I work intuitively with chakra healing, oracles, guided meditations and reiki healing to help one release self-limiting beliefs, mental and emotional disturbances, deep-rooted traumas, grief and energy blockages.
I gently guide my clients through their healing journey to reconnect to their higher consciousness and navigate through life from a clear and safe space. Healing looks different for each one of us, therefore a combination of our practices and programmes facilitates deep transformational healing with balance and clarity so you are able to heal holistically and align yourself to your true potential. I am committed and passionate about working with women as they move through their various stages of life, whether it is guiding the divine feminine process, supporting a mom-to-be during her pregnancy, or understanding the havoc of hormone imbalances.
Our sessions ultimately helps one with their spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.
