The Rhythm of Slow – Jaipur, India
Date: 1 – 6 April 2026
Slowing down and bringing mindful presence into our lives, is the best way to bring balance into today’s fast paced world and not lose touch with our inner selves. The concept of slow living gives us the opportunity to reconnect to our hearts and cultivate a deeper sense of authenticity, purpose and happiness.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the rush, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the beauty of living at a slower, more intentional pace. Nestled on a tranquil luxury farm surrounded by the Aravalli mountains of Jaipur, this retreat is designed to help you unwind, ground yourself in nature, and find joy in simplicity which is the core aspect to slow flow. Through mindful movement, nourishing meals, time in nature, embracing imperfection and meaningful connection, we will explore what it means to live fully in the present moment.
Each day will unfold gently, with slow mornings, restorative yoga, meditations, workshops on how to integrate slow into your life, unhurried meals, and spacious time for rest and reflection. You’ll have the chance to savour the quiet, take a sunrise walk through the hills, walk barefoot on the earth, visit the local farm or simply sit in stillness and watch a sunset whilst sipping tea under the open sky.
Here we prioritise selfcare and rediscover the rhythm of life. This is not a retreat about doing more – it’s about doing less, but with more presence. It gives you the space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. Through the power of slow you will improve your energy, health and relationships.
