Reiki is an ancient, gentle non-invasive form of hands-on healing which helps the body to heal holistically. Reiki can be learnt by anyone who has an openness and desire to connect to and use energy healing from a place of love. We study Dr Mikao Usui form of Reiki which has three levels, from Reiki one up to Reiki Masters. Reiki one is the first level or foundation course which allows you to practice 21 days of self-healing that takes you on a journey of deeper awareness and connect. You will start to shift any self-limiting barriers and activate your higher levels of consciousness which triggers your body’s natural ability to heal.
